Shannon & Marty : Part 1

Shannon, (my handsome boyfriends awesome sister) (...yeah, say that a few times fast.) is ENGAGED!! These are a few snapshots from their engagement session. We had far too many ideas for one location, so I will post location #2 within the week. I just wanted to let out a little squeal of excitement and dedicate a post to them in congratulations.

Campbell!

Another hot day at the Botanical Gardens, Campbell was such a great sport! We traipsed around the gardens, played in the grass and chased after squirrels. We even got to witness a few turtles swimming through the pond. It was hard to pull Campbell away from them, but with a little coaxing, we made our way over to the flower field as you will see pictures of below. I can't wait to do another session with her!

Charlotte Lynn

I had the privilege of taking pictures of this beautiful baby last weekend. She had the most captivating eyes, and she had a very calm demeanor which in turn made her a joy to shoot. Here a few snapshots from the session. Mommy and Daddy joined in on a few. :)

Bailey!

This adorable, blonde-haired-blue-eyed girl was such a pleasure to photograph.
All thanks to my wonderful chiropractor who in turn brought me to his super awesome receptionist, who brought me to Bailey! :)

I had a blast rolling around in the grass with her. She would mimic me because I would constantly say "do this.. ok, now do this..." and she would. & she would do it with a smile on her face. After a few minutes, she would start telling me to to "do this.. now do this..." and you'll see a few of those images below.

I am booking for summer sessions, so hit me up with an email if you don't mind me rolling in the grass with your toddler. :)

Terry & Melissa : Engaged!

This photo shoot was held with great significance. Terry, (whom I have been friends with since I was about 13) and I had always talked about the future with great anticipation. Melissa and I had been going to the same church for more than 8 years. When Terry first met Melissa, I knew that there was a special connection between them and I enjoyed watching the relationship that blossomed over the past 2 and a half years. They met at church and were friends for some time, until Terry realized that he truly had feelings for Melissa, and she reciprocated. It's so exciting to see two people, truly in love, and truly excited to start this joyous new phase of their life. Congratulations!
